Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Wellington?

Yes,  we provide same-day flower delivery across Wellington, Hutt Valley and Porirua when you order before our daily cut-off. We also deliver same day to the Kapiti Coast and the Wairarapa. 

We can also arrange NZ wide same day delivery.

Can I request a custom bouquet or colour palette?

Absolutely. Our florists can create a bespoke floral arrangement based on your preferred colours, flowers or style. If you can't find something perfect online, give us a call to arrange a custom bouquet

Are your flowers sourced locally?

We use premium seasonal blooms from trusted local and New Zealand growers and direct imports to ensure quality and freshness.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, select floral products can be shipped NZ-wide, packed carefully to ensure safe delivery.

Can I add a gift or card to my floral order?

Yes, we offer a beautiful selection of add-on gifts, cards and gourmet items to complement your flowers.

Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?

Yes, you can pre-book a flower delivery for any upcoming date, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries or events.

Do you deliver to hospitals and businesses?

Yes, we deliver to most hospitals, workplaces and retirement homes. Please call us for Business deliveries same day if it is after 1pm. 

What if no one is home during delivery?

If the recipient isn’t available, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot, or follow any delivery instructions you provide at checkout.

Apartments require a phone number for delivery, if our drivers can not access and leave the item a re-delivery fee may apply. 

Can I include a personalised message with my flowers?

Yes, each order comes with a complimentary message printed in our store card, and you can add your own note at product selection. Add a gift card option is avaliable to add a special hand written card. 

Does my receipt come with my flower order?

No,  for privacy and gifting purposes, receipts are not included with flower deliveries. You will receive your receipt directly via email when you place your order.

How do I care for my bouquet once it arrives?

Trim the stems, place the flowers in fresh water, and keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources for the best longevity.

Do you do wedding or event flowers?

Yes, we offer wedding florals, corporate arrangements and event styling. Contact us for a personalised quote.
